Directions for Use
READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE EACH USE, AND USE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH LABEL INSTRUCTIONS. For Pet Bedding, Pillows, Blankets, Carpet & Rugs: This product is designed to be non-staining; however, always apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area to test for colorfastness. Shake well. Spray the surface uniformly with a light mist until moist. Avoid soaking. A fine mist is all that is necessary to be effective. Allow product to dry before allowing pets to reenter area. For Use on Dogs & Cats Over 12 Weeks Old: Shake well. Lightly spray pet’s entire coat until damp, but not dripping. Do not spray in the face, eyes, nose, mouth or genitals. Cover the entire coat including the legs, tail and stomach. Massage into the coat until the product reaches the skin. Let coat dry completely before allowing pets to groom themselves. Repeat if needed allowing 2-4 hours between applications, not exceeding twice in 24 hours. In order to help reduce the occurrence of fleas and ticks, this product is best used year round.
Caution: (Read entire back panel for additional precautionary statements) Precautionary Statement Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals: Humans: Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use. Prolonged or frequent repeated skin contact may cause allergic reaction in some individuals. If irritation persists, contact a physician. For external use only. Domestic Animals: Sensitivity may occur after use of any product for pets. Monitor your pet for signs of sensitivity during and after application. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs of sensitivity continue consult a veterinarian immediately. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, medicated, pregnant or nursing animals. For external use only. Not for aquatic use. Do not use on or near puppies or kittens younger than 12 weeks old. First Aid: If in Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lens, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. If irritation persists, contact a physician. If on Skin: Wash with soap and water and repeat if necessary. Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Ingestion: Immediately drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Keep out of reach of children.
