My pet still has fleas after using Natural Care flea and tick products, why?
It is important to remember that adult fleas that are seen on a pet make up only 5% of the total population, as 95% live in the environment in other life stages. The minimum life cycle of a flea takes 3 months. It’s important to consistently treat both the pet and environment when dealing with fleas. The following are some things you can do to treat both your pet and the environment.
- Treat all pets with a flea medication according to the package instructions.
- Treat the pet’s environment with a flea spray according to the package instructions.
- Vacuum carpet daily, emptying canister daily.
- Wash bedding, pet bedding, and rugs regularly with hot water.
My EZ sprayer is not working, why?
For optimal results, place the EZ Sprayer in the unlock position and apply firm press to the trigger for the first use. After the initial spray, the EZ Sprayer tends to require less effort for subsequent uses.
Why did you create the Natural Care Advanced formula?
Just as the name suggests, our new Natural Care formula is Advanced, killing more pests by contact than our original formula. Our Natural Care Advanced formula not only kills fleas, ticks, and mosquitos like our original formula, it also kills spiders, ants, bed bugs, roaches, and flies by contact.
Why are you keeping the original formula if you have the new Advanced formula?
Our original Natural Care formula is tried and true, it is effective and is a product many consumers have come to love. Keeping both the original and Advanced formula allows us to provide options for pet parents to choose which products work best for them and their pets.
The back of the package states for “ongoing prevention and maintenance”, will this product prevent fleas and ticks?
Our Natural Care flea and tick products can be used to help keep fleas and ticks at bay and reduce the chance of recurrence when used as directed as part of a complete flea and tick maintenance program.
If I accidentally use more than twice in the same week, or apply sooner than 48 hours, what do I need to do?
If you have accidentally applied our flea and tick products to your pet more than what is outlined on the package, please bathe your pet with warm water and dish soap, to remove the product from your pet. Do not use any flea and tick shampoos to bathe your pet to remove excess product from their skin, as this could add to the amount, instead of removing them. Additionally, please wait 48 hours after bathing to re-applying any flea and tick product.
Both our original and Advanced Natural Care Flea and Tick products can be used up to twice a week, allowing at least 48 hours between use.
When can I expect to see results when using the Advanced flea and tick products?
All our flea and tick products work by contact. You can start to see results after using our Natural Care Advanced flea and tick products within 30 minutes of applying the product, but full effect can take between 24-48 hours. It’s important to remember that the amount of space being treated, number of pets, and current population of pests should also be factored in.
I have both a dog and cat in my house, what Natural Care Advanced product is best for me to use?
One of the benefits of our Natural Care Advanced formula is that it is safe to use on both dogs and cats, to make treating both your house and pets easy.
Can I use the older F/T line with the new? Can I use them with a different brand?
Our products have not been tested for use in conjunction with any other flea and tick product, including our original formula with our Advanced formula. It’s important to only use our product as directed, and not in conjunction with any other flea and tick medication. The safety of the pets we serve is utmost importance to us; using multiple flea and tick treatments could lead to overexposure causing health concerns. Please reach out to your veterinarian for any use of multiple flea and tick treatments on your pet.

Always consult with your veterinarian before introducing new supplements into your pet’s regimen to ensure the safety of the supplement with any prescribed medications, as well as making sure your pet will benefit from the addition of the supplement in their routine. Additionally, garlic is known to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties when used in the correct application and amounts. It’s important to note that the garlic in our product is included in very controlled quantities, and raw garlic should never be offered to your pet.

If your pet has a scheduled surgery, we strongly suggest speaking to your veterinarian at least a week prior to their procedure regarding the supplements and any medications they are currently taking. My dog got into the package, and ate the entire container, what do I do?
Anytime a pet ingests more than what is indicated under Directions for Use on the packaging, we strongly encourage you to contact your veterinarian, or pet poison immediately so they can determine what next steps should be taken for your pet. Veterinary professionals are best positioned to evaluate the situation and any potential impact an overdose can have on your individual pet’s health. It is important to have the product packaging available when you reach out, so they have all relevant information.
My dog is under 12 weeks, but he’s large for his age, can I start these?
The restriction we have on age limit is due to development of the pet, not their weight. While your dog may be large for their age, we still want to ensure that the product is not administered until they are at least 12 weeks of age to ensure they have had adequate time to develop.
